Please note that our refund and return policies apply exclusively to customers in the United States, as we currently do not accept orders from outside the U.S.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
At Verbal Models, we strive to provide high-quality digital products to meet your needs. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads.
Once a purchase is completed and the digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is in place because digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the same way physical products can.
Refund Policy for Physical Products
At Verbal Models, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
The product must be purchased in the last 14 days, in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
The following goods cannot be returned
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info(a)verbalmodels.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
